July 4 1960 - August 9 2009 | |  A Wonderful Loving Father This online memorial was created in loving memory of Steven G. Neumann, whose earthly life ended suddenly and unexpectedly, at the Age of 49 from sudden cardiac arrest. His passing occured in our home, in his sleep, surrounded by his loving family.
Stevens life story is pictured throughout this memorial website as a Tribute made by his only daughter (Jessica) age 9 at the time of her Fathers passing.

Steven G. Neumann of Algonquin Funeral services for Steven G. Neumann, 49, will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 12, at Miller Funeral Home, 504 W. Main St., West Dundee. Burial will follow in River Valley Memorial Gardens, West Dundee. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 11, at the funeral home. Born July 4, 1960, in Arlington Heights, he died Sunday morning Aug. 9, 2009, at Provena-St. Joseph Hospital in Elgin. Steve was a lifelong resident of the Palatine-Algonquin areas and a 1978 graduate of Palatine High School. Steve was a printer by trade and was employed by American Litho in Carol Stream. Survivors include his wife, Denise Williams Neumann; daughter, Jessica; his mother, Shirley A. Neumann of Palatine; his brothers, William (Veda) Neumann Jr. of Park Ridge, Daniel (Sandra) Neumann of Cary and Richard (Cindy) Neumann of Palatine; his in-laws, Leonard and Carol Williams of Algonquin; and many nieces, nephews and friends. Steve was preceded in death by his father, William R. Neumann Sr. Please omit flowers, memorials may be made to the St. John Lutheran Church and School, 300 Jefferson St., Algonquin, IL 60102. My Daddy Was Taken From Me
I'm sitting here in my room, looking at your picture.
Wondering why you couldn't be a part of my future.
Tears stream down my face, while my heart beat starts to race.
Asking God why he took you from my life?
I still needed you here and without you I fear
as you are apart of me and I am apart of you
when you died a part of me died too.
I never knew how hard it was to loose someone you love
until the day you went to heaven above.
Through my eyes you saw the light and your strength in the Lord grew deeper.
Even though I can't see you I know your up there watching over me.
I miss you more and more everyday and all that I can do is have faith in Gods Plan.
In my heart you shall forever remain. The very happy memories and love you gave me in my first Nine years of Life.
